Every donated chair, table, dresser and tv stand has helped turn empty spaces into homes for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. Here’s how your support has made a difference this month:

Thanks to the unwavering support from Edmontonians, FIND has continued its mission to furnish homes for those moving out of homelessness through housing supports. In line with our monthly average, we have furnished 168 homes in May with essential furniture and household goods, all made possible through community donations. Each of these homes represents a fresh start for 267 people moving out of homelessness, offering comfort, dignity and hope.

• Donations are distributed free of charge through housing supports across Edmonton, ensuring that cost is never a barrier for those starting over.

• Your purchases help us provide new items that otherwise cannot be donated that make a house feel like a HOME.

The success of our program is a testament to the compassion and commitment of our community. From individuals dropping off a dresser or tv stand, to businesses donating office chairs, every act of giving supports our community. Last year, your generosity allowed us to furnish over 1,700 homes, helping thousands of people transition out of homelessness. This month’s achievements continue that legacy.
