September was full of ups and downs for us here at Find, but despite setbacks, we are incredibly excited to share our monthly update with you all. 

In September, we helped 209 people move out of homelessness into their newly furnished homes through the Housing First program. 65 kids got to start school from their new safe, comfortable space and Find was able to furnish 135 homes with community donations. 

The donations you bring us are life changing. 

We are so grateful to our donors for helping us furnish these homes, to our partners in Housing First for helping participants find their new spaces and to our community for supporting the work that we do and our mission to end homelessness in Edmonton. 

We want to keep this momentum going into the colder months and rely heavily on your donations for our Housing First participants.

If you, or someone you know has a couch, loveseat, dresser, apartment sized dining set, chair, coffee table or TV stand, please consider Find for a new home for your gently used and unwanted furniture.

Every donation benefits someone moving out of homelessness. 

To make a donation, please drop off at 5120 122 Street any time during regular business hours or call to schedule a pick up at 780 988 1717. Please note, we are currently booking into late October for pick ups.
