As September winds down, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the ways our community came together this month to support people moving out of homelessness. Thanks to your donations and purchases, September was a month full of impact, connection and generosity.

This month, our team delivered 154 furniture packages to 230 people transitioning into safe, stable homes. From beds and dressers to kitchen essentials, each package is more than just furniture — it’s dignity, comfort and a fresh start for someone rebuilding their life.

Edmontonians continued to give generously this month. Every couch, table, or set of dishes donated is carefully sorted, cleaned and prepared to help a housing program participant feel welcome. These contributions are the backbone of our work, and we couldn’t do it without you.

As we move into fall, we’re excited to continue building partnerships and providing more families with the furniture and housewares they need to feel at home.
