Starting in 2020 both Find locations will be adopting Sensory Friendly Shopping the second Friday of the month from 4-6pm.

During sensory friendly shopping, we commit to the following:

• low light
• music/radio will be switched off throughout the store
• we will not be putting out big items or loud items during this time 
• register and scanner volumes will be reduced to the lowest level
• staff will speak softly
• No PA announcements except in the case of emergencies

Our team members will be available to support customers and a sign will be posted at the front of the store explaining what we are doing.

We recognize that a lot of our customers could really benefit from a more relaxing experience and we want to provide the opportunity for that to happen.
