Looking for a job where your work has an impact in the community?

FIND is hiring for multiple positions across our Retail and Processing teams, and we’re looking for great people to join us.

Every day, thousands of donated items make their way through FIND. Some will help furnish homes for individuals and families moving out of homelessness. Others will find a second life through our thrift store, helping generate revenue to support the Furniture Bank.

Making all of that happen takes a pretty great team.

FIND Your Place

There are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes at FIND.

Our Processing team helps sort, inspect and prepare donated furniture and household goods for their next chapter. It’s hands-on work that helps keep quality items moving through our organization and into homes or onto the sales floor.

Our Retail team keeps the thrift store running, helps customers, stocks the floor and makes sure there’s always something new to discover.

Different roles. Different days. One shared goal.

More Than a Thrift Store

Working at FIND means being part of a social enterprise with a bigger purpose.

FIND is a social enterprise of Homeward Trust, and 100% of proceeds from our thrift store support our work helping furnish homes for people moving out of homelessness.

Whether you’re working directly with donations, helping a customer or getting another great piece of furniture ready for its next home, your work contributes to that mission.

And if you already love thrifting? That certainly doesn’t hurt.

Think You’d Be a Good FIND?

We’re looking for people who are ready to work as part of a team, jump in where needed and help us keep things moving.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
