"Find the Truck" Contest Rules

The Find Truck Campaign is happening throughout the month of November for YEG Housing Month where community members can take a picture with the Find Trucks they see in community and tag @FindYEG and #FINDTheTruck and #YEGHousingMonth on their socials (Instagram, Facebook, X and/or Threads).

1. Contest Overview
   The "Find the FIND Truck" contest is a social media campaign where participants locate and take a photo of our branded trucks in various locations throughout the city. Participants must share their photos on social media for a chance to win 1 of 2 $100 Find Gift Certificate!

2. Eligibility

   • Open to legal residents of Edmonton aged 18 or older.

   • Employees of Find are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

   • Follow @FindYEG on  Instagram, X, Facebook & Threads.

   • Find the Find branded truck in your area.

   • Take a clear photo of the truck.

   • Post the photo on your personal social media account using the hashtag #FINDTheTruck, #YEGHousingMonth and tag @FindYEG.

   • Entries must include the hashtag and tagged handle to qualify.

   • Limit of one (1) entry per person per per photo.

   • Please note that Find will not be able to see accounts that are set to private. Please DM a screenshot of your post to the @FindYEG account to be entered. 

4. Contest Period

   • The contest begins on November 1 and ends on November 30.

   • All entries must be posted by 11:59 PM on the end date to be eligible.

5. Judging and Prizes

   • Winners will be chosen by draw.

   • 2 winners will receive a $100 Find Gift Certificate. 

   • Winners will be announced on December 2 via @FindYEG's social accounts and will be contacted through direct messaging.

   • Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize or another winner will be selected.

6. Content Restrictions

   • All submissions must be original and must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content.

   • Photos must feature the Find branded truck and should not capture any license plates or identifying information of other vehicles.

7. Privacy and Usage Rights

   • By entering, participants consent to Find Edmonton using their submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes on social media, websites, and other channels.

   • Personal information collected will be used only for contest administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions

   • Find Edmonton reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

   • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and decisions made by Find Edmonton, which are final.

   • Find Edmonton is not responsible for any technical issues that may impact entry submissions.

   • This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platforms.
