As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've had together, serving those in need of essential furniture and household items. Thanks to your support, we’ve been able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families who have moved out of homelessness. This year has been filled with moments of hope, growth and collaboration, and we’re excited to share the community's successes and the impact that has been made through furniture.
A Year of Growth and Impact
In 2024, we were able to assist 2913 people create HOME with the community's donations of furniture and household essentials. From securing comfortable beds from our community partners, to providing much-needed kitchen tables, your donations and support have helped create a foundation for stability and dignity in many homes.
Highlights from 2024:

1763 Homes furnished: This year, our team completed over 1750 deliveries of furniture to families and individuals moving out of homelessness. Each delivery represents a life transformed—giving someone a safe, comfortable space to sleep, eat and live.

New Partnerships: We’ve formed new partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders who are dedicated to helping us reach even more people. With their support, we’ve expanded our network and strengthened our ability to provide for those moving out of homelessness.

Increased Donations: Thanks to your generosity, we received more than 8900 donations for the housing program, allowing us to support a greater number of people. Whether it was a gently used sofa, a kitchen set, or a simple chair, every contribution helped someone's home feel warm and comfortable.
Success Stories: Real Lives Transformed
One of the greatest joys of our work is hearing the stories of those we’ve been able to support.

Sarah*: After losing her job and facing homelessness, Sarah* was able to secure stable housing through one of our housing support partners in Edmonton. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to provide her with essentials for her new apartment. “The furniture you gave me made my place feel like home again,” Sarah* shares. “I’m so grateful to be able to sleep in a bed again and cook in my own kitchen.
