December was a powerful reminder of what community care can accomplish. During one of the coldest and busiest times of the year, Find continued working alongside housing partners to ensure individuals and families moving out of homelessness didn’t just receive keys — they received homes that felt safe, comfortable and welcoming.

Throughout December, our team furnished 154 homes for 238 people, delivering essential furniture directly to participants as they transitioned into stable housing. Each delivery marked a turning point: an empty space becoming a place of rest, dignity and stability.

These everyday items help reduce barriers for people rebuilding their lives, allowing them to focus on health, employment, family, and community connection. In December alone, 154 furniture packages helped make new beginnings possible for people entering the holiday season with a place to truly call home.
