Feathers are a very important symbol in the Indigenous community. They are also a very important symbol at Homeward Trust and Find. 

A feather is a powerful symbol that signifies honor and a connection between the owner, the Creator, and the bird the feathers came from. It symbolizes trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, and freedom. It is an object that is deeply revered and a sign of high honor.

At Homeward Trust and Find, we honor our employees with a beautiful, unique glass feather for their 5 years of service because our employees really embody these amazing qualities. 

We are so grateful for the love, dedication and passion our employees put into their work and are proud to stand along side them in our goal to end homelessness in Edmonton. 

Please join us in welcoming two new members to the Feather Squad, Tom who is our Processing Team Lead and Scott who works with our trucking crew as a Swamper. 

We also had the honor of presenting Ryan, who also works on our trucking crew as a Swamper, with his 1 year jacket. 

We can't thank these three enough for the amazing work they do every day. We are so proud of their dedication and commitment to Find and ending homelessness in Edmonton.
