As we kick off 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect — not just on the number of homes furnished this year, but on the collective effort that made it all possible.

Every couch donated.
Every delivery completed.
Every item purchased.
Every partnership built.

Together, our community helped individuals and families move out of homelessness and into homes that feel safe, comfortable and truly their own.

In 2025, Find worked alongside housing partners, donors and supporters to furnish 1,861 homes across Edmonton, helping 2980 people move out of homelessness. These weren’t just furniture deliveries — they were moments of transition. Empty spaces became places of rest. Bare rooms became homes filled with dignity, stability and possibility.

Because furnishing a home is about more than furniture.
A bed means rest and recovery.
A table becomes a place to gather and reconnect.
A couch offers comfort, routine and a sense of normalcy.

Each furniture package delivered in 2025 helped reduce barriers for people rebuilding their lives, allowing them to focus on health, employment, family and community connection.

We are especially grateful to Homeward Trust and the many housing and frontline partner agencies working every day to support people moving out of homelessness. Their leadership, coordination and commitment to permanent, stable housing make these transitions possible — and ensure individuals are not just housed, but supported in their journey home.

None of this would be possible without our community.

Over 11,700 donated items were rescued from landfills and put to immediate use. Individual donors, local businesses, partners and shoppers stepped up again and again — showing that ending homelessness takes a community.

We’re also deeply grateful for our incredible staff, who sorted, cleaned, delivered, and set up each home with care and respect — ensuring every participant received more than just items, but a warm welcome home.

As we head into a new year, the need continues. Participants are moving into housing every day, and each home still needs essential furniture to become a place of belonging.
