During this cold snap we have found that our friends sleeping rough and in shelter just don't have enough of the warm winter wear that they need to survive. We are asking the community to come together and help us collect items for our most vulnerable friends.
The following items are needed for community members experiencing homelessness:
- NEW socks, underwear and thermal wear
- NEW or GENTLY USED gloves, toques, scarves, warm clothing and winter jackets
Edmonton Agencies receiving donations:
Mustard Seed George Spady Hope Mission Bissell Centre Jasper Place Wellness Centre E4C Salvation Army YESS iHuman
Items can be dropped off at any of the above mentioned shelters or at the following locations:
Bissell Centre Thrift Store: 8818 118 Avenue Mon-Sat 10:00-4:30
Find Retail + Donation Centre: 5120 122 Street NW Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Sat 10am-5pm Sun 12-4pm
It takes a community to end homelessness. Please help us keep everyone safe and warm this winter.
