Please be advised that one employee at Find Retail + Donation Centre has tested positive for COVID19, and we are taking proactive steps with the immediate, temporary closure of our store. Find has implemented all protocols required by Alberta Health Services, including enhanced cleaning, distancing, screening and monitoring, and we will be equally diligent in ensuring a safe environment prior to our reopening.

The employee works part-time and was last on the premises on September 1. While AHS does not require a business closure in these circumstances, we are taking these steps out of an abundance of caution for our customers and staff. During this time we will be taking additional precautionary measures including closing donations, processing, and retail operations (including online), as well as reschedule donation pick ups, customer pick ups, and deliveries. We will diligently sanitize the store, warehouse, and common areas and ensure all staff are tested prior to opening to the public.  

Alberta has testing available at various sites whether individuals are experiencing symptoms or not. Information regarding typical symptoms and testing can be found on the AHS website. 

Safety has been and continues to be our number one priority as we care so deeply for the well-being of our Find community. We will continue to update the community through social media and our website with information regarding our reopening.
