During sensory friendly shopping, we commit to the following:
- Low light
- Music/radio will be switched off throughout the store
- We will not be putting out big items or loud items during this time
- Register and scanner volumes will be reduced to the lowest level
- Staff will speak softly
- No PA announcements except in the case of emergencies
- Our team members will be available to support customers and a sign will be posted at the front of the store explaining what we are doing.
