Last week we got a message from a local artist who was looking for the perfect venue to shoot a music video for their newest cover song, "Are You Long Enough To Be My Van?" based on their recent experience of moving.

Ellie Heath, of the local sketch comedy troupe, Girl Brain, wrote an incredibly funny and poignant song to the tune of Sheryl Crow's "Strong Enough" and we couldn't get it out of our heads! It was amazing that she wanted to shoot the video at Find and we couldn't wait to see what she would come up with.

Here is what she wrote about the experience:

"When I last moved homes, Find was the best!

Not only did I go there to pick up new things that I needed for my place, I was also able to donate my old furniture, which they re-purpose for retail or provide to people who are transitioning from homelessness. They made the entire process so easy- they were great at communicating and came right to my home to pick up my donated items.

This is one of my favourite organizations in our city, especially in financially challenging times such as these. I had an absolute blast using their awesome store as a backdrop for this music video, which my pal Caroline Stokes helped me shoot.

I hope everybody, including Sheryl Crow, enjoys my homage to moving day!"

We definitely enjoyed it and can't wait to share it with all of you!
