Looking back on past years, summer is notoriously lower numbers when it comes to furnishing homes, so going into July we were expecting that trend to follow. When we started to compile how many homes we were able to furnish over the month, we were blown away!

In July, thanks to your support, Find was able to finish 132 homes for Housing First participants helping move 140 adults and 59 children (199 People) out of homelessness in one month! 

Seeing how much the weather and smoke have negatively impacted our homeless community over the past few months really emphasizes the importance of home and we will continue to tirelessly work alongsode the fabulous Housing First workers across the city and support housings with the great furnishings that help make a house a home. 

Knowing that we need 40+ couches/love seats, kitchen tables, dressers and tv stands a week, we will be relying on the generosity of community to help us achieve our goals.
