Happy International Women's Day!

International Women's Day on March 8th provides an important opportunity to celebrate women's achievements while calling for greater equality.

This year, we would like to take a minute to talk about a woman who is not only a leader and an inspiration to all of us at Find, but has made an amazing impact on our team in such a short time. 

Bev Latta was hired on as the General Manager of Find in August 2021 and has since implemented new strategies and processes to help Find reach it's full potential.  

With over 20 years of retail management experience and a passion for the work that we do, Bev has brought a new energy to Find that really supports our mission and our staff to the fullest. 

What Bev says about her leap into the world of Find:

"I decided to make a career change which still allowed me to fulfill my love for retail, but with a mission to help others. My previous role at Goodwill Industries of Alberta has allowed me to follow my passion of helping others within our communities and balance my drive to still flourish in the retail."

Bev credits her children as her inspiration for her pursuit of leaving an impact on every person or situation she encounters.
