Did you know that November is Housing Month in Edmonton?
A home is so much more than just a roof overhead. Home provides stability, supports families, builds communities, encourages personal growth and improves lives. A safe, secure home is the foundation for someone to build a better life and facilitate safe and vibrant communities.
Over the month of November, Find will be hosting a donation drive in support of housing supports in Edmonton and sector partners lead by Homeward Trust Edmonton will be hosting virtual webinars and supportive housing site tours.
Find will also be doing a FIND the Find Truck Campaign throughout the month of November where community members can take a picture with the Find Trucks they see in community and tag @FindYEG and #FINDTheTruck and #YEGHousingMonth on their socials (Instagram, Facebook, X and/or Threads). Each photo will be entered into a draw for 1 of 2 $100 Find Gift Cards. Please note that private accounts will need to share a screenshot with any of the Find social media accounts to participate. Draw will take place December 2nd and folks will be contacted on their social media platform through direct message.
