What a whirl wind December was! It all happened so fast and with a few bumps along the way in terms of weather (freezing rain, snow storms and extreme cold), but that didn't stop us from making sure we could furnish as many homes as possible throughout the month!

With the incredible dedication of our Housing First partners and our amazing community of donors, Find was able to furnish 129 homes in December! 130 Adults and 71 children got to celebrate the holidays in their new spaces with items generously donated by our generous community of supporters. 

We want to take this opportunity to shout out the amazing Housing First workers and agencies who are relentlessly finding spaces for our most vulnerable neighbors and we especially want to thank you, our donors and supporters. This work is not possible without all of you and we are proud to continue to work towards our goal of ending chronic homelessness into the new year. 

Frigid temperatures and the pandemic continue to show us the need for affordable, safe housing options. Housing is a necessity; it is a human right. We need to come together in 2022 and make housing a priority of all! 

How can you help do that?

Donate your furniture and household goods, shop the stores, write to your local governments, vote for housing in elections, support local agencies who are practicing Housing First and take time to learn about what housing and homelessness looks like in your area. 

It takes a community to end homelessness and together, we CAN achieve it!
