We are excited to share that the Housing First program in Edmonton has provided 138 homes to 214 people in October, and we got to support them with YOUR donated furniture & home goods as they transition out of homelessness into a safe and supportive HOME. What's even cooler is that 74 kiddos got to trick or treats from their new homes last night! What an incredible way to celebrate this new milestone!

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came out and donated to our donation drive, the amazing Housing First Workers who are relentlessly working to support participants in the program and all of our incredible supporters! 

November is an exciting month for Find as it's Housing Month! A time for the housing and homeless sector to come together and raise awareness of the need for and importance of safe, quality, affordable housing in the Capital Region! Keep an eye on our socials this month as we will be sharing all the resources for the month from Homeward Trust and all our partners! 

Please continue to keep Find in your thoughts as you hear your friends and family talk about wanting to rehome their items. As we get into these colder months, we need to keep inventory levels high in order to best support our participants. 

Donations can be dropped off any time during regular business hours at 5120 122 street or give our team a call for a free pick up for Housing First appropriate items at 780 988 1717. Please note: we are booking pick ups approximately a month out. 

Everyone deserves the right to HOME and together we will end homelessness!
